Purple Parade is back and they are back for their 10th Anniversary!
If you are hearing about Purple Parade for the first time, let us introduce you to them: They are one of Singapore's largest movements in supporting the inclusion and celebration of the abilities of a person with disabilities.
Started in 2013, Purple Parade have taken to various heartland in Singapore - Suntec City, CBD, Orchard etc. Taking to the street to inform and activate the public, opening our hearts and willing hands to the community with disabilities
On their platform, their mission is to spread awareness and the core purpose of the purple parade movement is to ensure that persons with disabilities are included in Singapore’s growth and have equal access to education, transportation, employment and social network.

- Campaign
Spread the message and get more people on board!
Join their awareness program for Purple Parade this month and be a part of it by simply joining their Facebook and Instagram, and post/share your videos/pictures with the hashtag #purpleparadesg
- Carnival
The best purple colour you can don in is from the Purple Parade Merchandise collections. By purchasing any items, you are directly supporting the movement and all proceed goes to participating Social Service Agencies, Charities, Charities with IPCs and Co-operatives.

With that being said, you can still show your support by heading down to Suntec City Mall this Saturday, 29th October from 3 PM to 7 PM. A day packed with activities, booths, food, drinks and concerts and best of all, there is no entry fee, so come back to say hi and show your support.

If you are planning to travel via taxis, please note the closure and relocation of the Taxi Stand from 11 AM to 9 PM on the day itself.

Relocated Temporary Taxi Stand:
Nicoll Highway Road (Service Driveway behind Boulder Movement)
Driveway along Temasek Ave (next to Morgenfield’s)
As for transportation via Cars, all carparks are still accessible.
