Cleansing your crystalsCleansing your crystals is vital if you are working with their energies on a daily or frequent basis. When you use your crystals for healing, or even if they have just been sitting stationary for some time, they build up with energies that need to be released – much like your own human system can build up energies. Cleansing your crystals restores them back to their true vibrational frequency, allowing them to operate at hundred-percent capacity. Here are a few ways to cleanse your crystals: flowing water, saltwater, dry salt immersion, smudging, proximity + self cleansing. |
Programming your crystalsCrystals contain certain molecular structures that make them amplifiers of energies, and each crystal emits its own vibrational frequency, not unlike our own thoughts, chakra system and emotional body. Each crystal also contains its own set of metaphysical properties that can be harnessed when you are able to access these energies and frequencies effectively and properly. So, in saying this, my stance is that I don’t program my crystals, since they are already created and formed with a specific set of properties, energies and frequencies by Mother Earth herself! |
