Using your Heal Yourself Oracle cards
This card deck can be used daily. Ask a question, mentally, shuffle the cards then pull out a card you feel drawn to. Focus on the picture on the card and meditate on how it makes you feel and how the message relates to you. Then read the guidebook and complete the exercise associated with the card.

I think it’s a great item. I was having a headache on what to buy for my female colleague’s christmas present for secret santa.
